How much does this cost?
Every engagement is fixed-fee, quoted upfront before work begins. I provide an implementation timeline and fee within one business day of your initial contact.
How long does it take?
Two to six weeks depending on complexity. Electronic signatures throughout means minimal disruption to your schedule.
Does my tax advisor need to be involved?
Yes. Your tax advisor designed the tax strategy, and they stay involved throughout. I implement the legal structure on their instruction, keeping them informed at every step. Your advisor relationships stay exactly as they are.
Will this disrupt my business?
No. The legal implementation happens behind the scenes. I handle the resolutions, filings, and trust deeds. Your day-to-day operations continue as normal, with secure document handling and electronic signatures.
What provinces do you cover?
I work across Canada. I am called to the Bar in four provinces — Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, and Nova Scotia — with offices registered for service in Ottawa, Surrey, Calgary, and Halifax. I practise in the other provinces (Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland & Labrador) based on the National Mobility Agreement.
